Description of service

SereneStayBali provides tools for Bali villa owners and managers to create digital guest guides, list services, generate QR codes, and share information with guests.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including property descriptions, images, and service listings. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the service.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on our website. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SereneStayBali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
